ReAct+ Funding in Wales: Redundancy Support & Training Grants

If you’ve recently been made redundant (within the last six months) or are currently working under a formal notice of redundancy, you may qualify for ReAct+ funding. This scheme is designed to help you retrain, update your skills, and move back into work as quickly as possible.

What Training Can I Do?

Through the ReAct+ programme, you can use your funding to complete CSSC Accredited, industry-recognised Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training with us.

These qualifications are highly valued by employers across a wide range of sectors and will help you develop practical problem-solving, process improvement, and leadership skills to boost your career opportunities.
