Associate Trainer/ Assessor ( Lean Six Sigma & Business Improvement)

Creative Difference Training are and independent training consultancy focussed on delivering high quality, bespoke Operational Excellence and Six Sigma training solutions for our clients.

Due to growth we are looking for Associate Trainers to join our team in South Wales.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering a variety of programmes including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Business-Improvement Techniques (levels 2 & 3) as well as operational excellence consultancy and implementation.

You will work with clients to scope out the most appropriate training solutions through diagnostics, Process mapping and value stream mapping exercises.

Our training and workshops are client based, looking to immediately improve our client’s processes, people and systems through a combination of theory and practical implementation. You will work with clients to train staff and deploy and maintain appropriate methodologies on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have trained teams at various organisational levels in Business-Improvement and Lean tools and methodologies e.g., 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Process Mapping and Problem Solving.

You will be experienced in following the DMAIC Framework to deliver Green Belt Lean Six Sigma training and lead improvement projects within manufacturing environments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent

· Experience delivering B-IT qualifications (Level 2 &3)

· Recognised Trainer Qualification

· Industrial experience with knowledge of the current industry and best practice standards.

· Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

· Assessing qualification CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32/33
