Our Approach

As part of our fundamental belief in the importance of providing comprehensive quality services to our clients, we offer an extensive range of training workshops and development activities which focus around Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and Leadership and Management development opportunities.

Our training and workshops are client based, looking to immediately improve our client’s processes, people and systems without using unnecessary theory. We employ a “Teach and Apply” method of imparting CI / Six Sigma knowledge to our participants.

Creative Difference training are an approved EAL Centre and work in partnership an External Quality Assurer to ensure compliance and quality of delivery and assessment.

Business Improvement Techniques

The primary objective of the Business-Improvement Techniques Qualification is to improve business performance as a whole through empowering the people that make up the organisation.

B-IT is intended to maximise your company profits and revenues by the elimination of waste and the creation of flow through the business by reducing cost and variation. It also aims to improve responsiveness by making more effective use of people and physical assets.

Performing Manufacturing Operations

This qualification has been designed by industry for individuals involved in a manufacturing process whatever the sector. Learners may typically be responsible for the day-to-day running of equipment and for the quality of work. They are also capable of monitoring and controlling equipment and quality, and can also exercise some judgement and decision making about the manufacturing process. The qualification is about occupational competence and involves the skills and knowledge needed to be able to carry out a range of activities related to a range of manufacturing operations.

Performing Engineering Operations

This qualification covers the fundamental skills and knowledge common to all engineering practices, including health and safety requirements and communicating engineering information. It offers an extensive choice and flexibility for learners to demonstrate competence in one or more of a broad variety of engineering activities. The qualification also caters for those providing technical support, including project planning and contributing to business improvement.

Warehousing & Storage

Learners involved in the movement and storage of goods can use this qualification to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for various logistics activities. Learners take two mandatory units covering health, safety, security and effective working relationships. Further credit comes from a wide range of optional units, covering activities including picking, processing, assembling and dispatching orders, and moving and handling goods and equipment.
