This practical, EAL-accredited workshop equips participants with essential leadership and teamwork techniques to lead improvement projects with confidence. Over three days, attendees will learn how to identify traits of high-performing teams, apply proven team models, and enhance communication and collaboration for project success.
This course is eligible for up to 50% funding through the Welsh Government’s Flexible Skills Programme, making it an affordable way to build essential Lean skills and gain recognised accreditation.
About the Course
This three-day, hands-on workshop focuses on developing leadership capabilities to manage improvement projects through strong team dynamics. Participants will explore Adair’s Leadership Model, Belbin’s Team Roles, and Tuckman’s Stages of Team Development to better understand and influence team behavior.
The course also covers practical skills to improve communication, prioritise workloads effectively, and apply GRIPS analysis to assess tasks and team performance. Participants will gain insight into workplace behaviors and learn strategies to foster collaboration and drive project results.
