About the Course
This two-day, hands-on workshop focuses on understanding the benefits of standardisation and applying continuous improvement principles to SOPs. Participants will learn how to draft clear, user-friendly procedures incorporating photos and other visual aids. The course also covers best practices for publishing, distributing, and maintaining SOPs to ensure lasting operational consistency.
Practical exercises guide participants through creating a new SOP relevant to their work area, with tips on engaging teams and embedding standards into daily routines.
